Hi reading your listings for C-in-C Halifax and North America I came across this source from the office of the Naval Historian at the Canadian Navy HQ in Ottawa. It lists all C-in-C in North American waters from 1755 to 1959 and their full titles they also state that those listed were always in command of the Halifax Station.
